HSE POLICY STATEMENT

It is the policy of MEDICHEM PROJECTS LIMITED to conduct its activities in such a way as to take foremost account of health and safety of its employees and other persons who may be affected by these activities.

Realizing the need to project the environment also, in which we operate, the company will conduct all its operations in such a way that the impact on environment is minimized if not entirely eliminated.

MEDICHEM PROJECTS LIMITED seeks to ensure that the negative impacts of its operation on environment are minimized and that community relations are improved to reduce community disruption of operations.

In implementing this policy, the company not only complies with the requirement of the relevant legislation but also promotes in an appropriate manner, measures for the protection of health safety of its workers or others who may be affected and environment. Such measures pertain to safety of operations carried out by employees and extend to precautions to minimized damage from accidents, which may nevertheless occur.

The management of MEDICHEM PROJECTS LIMITED therefore maintains the policy to suspend any operation which in their opinion constitutes hazard to the life and health of persons(s) or which present hazard to the environment.
